BC.GAME Restricted Countries: The 12 Named Jurisdictions, the FATF Rule, and the Clause That Lets Its Regulator Add More
BC.GAME's terms (clause 4.3) name 12 jurisdictions you may not reside in or access the site from — the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the Comoros — plus every FATF-blacklisted country and anything the Anjouan regulator deems prohibited. Here is the clause, how we had to read it, and the large markets it does not name, read 1 October 2026.
Quick answer
- BC.GAME's terms (clause 4.3) bar residents of, and access from, Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Comoros, the UK, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and the US — plus all FATF-blacklisted countries and anything the Anjouan regulator deems prohibited. (Source: bc.game Terms of Service 4.3, read via bcgame.nz 2026-10-01)
- Japan is not named, but bc.game refuses Japanese connections by region (observed 2026-10-01). Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, Indonesia, Italy, Sweden and Canada are not named — which says nothing about local law. (Source: bc.game probe 2026-10-01; Terms 4.3)
- BC.GAME is operated by Twocent Technology Limited under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1; Anjouan publishes no register against which the licence can be checked. (Source: bc.game footer; Casino Aurum licence tracker, read 2026-10-14)
BC.GAME’s terms name 12 jurisdictions you may not reside in or access the site from, then add two open-ended rules that can reach any country without the words changing. It is the shortest named list of the five operators we track, and the least checkable: the licence behind it is from Anjouan, which publishes no register, and the clause defers to that regulator for anything it “deems prohibited”.
Here is the clause, as read on 1 October 2026:
You may not use the website if you reside in or access it from: Australia, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of the Comoros, the United Kingdom, China (mainland), Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, the United States and its territories, all FATF blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority deems prohibited.

How we read it, and why that matters
bc.game does not open from Japan: the site answers “we do not accept players from your region” before any page loads, and that includes the terms page. We read the clause through bcgame.nz, one of the operator’s own mirror domains, in its Japanese rendering, and translated it back. The wording above is therefore our rendering of BC.GAME’s text rather than a copy-paste of the English page. The twelve named places, the FATF rule and the Anjouan rule are unambiguous in the source; if you are able to open bc.game/terms-service directly, that is the text to rely on.
We mention this because it is unusual. Stake’s, Shuffle’s, BitStarz’s and Cloudbet’s terms can all be opened and quoted verbatim; BC.GAME’s required a workaround, and a reader in another blocked country will have the same problem.
The named list, sorted
| Region | Restricted jurisdictions |
|---|---|
| Europe (6) | Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, United Kingdom |
| Americas (1) | United States and its territories |
| Asia-Pacific (4) | Australia, China (mainland), Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR |
| Africa (1) | Union of the Comoros |
Twelve entries. The Comoros is the country whose autonomous island of Anjouan issues BC.GAME’s licence; offshore licensees are routinely barred from serving the licensing jurisdiction’s own residents, exactly as Curaçao appears on the Curaçao-licensed operators’ lists.
The two rules that can add countries silently
“All FATF blacklisted countries.” The Financial Action Task Force’s list of “high-risk jurisdictions subject to a call for action” — the blacklist — currently names North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. The clause refers to the list, not to the countries, so a change at the FATF plenary changes BC.GAME’s restricted list on the same day. (The FATF’s longer “grey list” of jurisdictions under increased monitoring is a different thing and is not referenced.)
“Any other jurisdiction the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority deems prohibited.” This is the clause with no edge. The Anjouan regulator does not publish a list of prohibited jurisdictions for its licensees, so there is no way for a reader — or for us — to know which countries this sentence reaches. In practice it is the operator’s reserve power: if BC.GAME closes an account citing this clause, the terms support it.
Shuffle’s catch-all is at least testable — “any place where provision of the Services would require licensing” is a question with an answer for any given country. BC.GAME’s is not.
Japan: not named, but refused at the door
Japan is not in clause 4.3. It does not need to be: the site refuses Japanese connections by region. The practical position is that BC.GAME is not available from Japan, and online casino play is an offence for the player under Japanese law in any case. We flag it because a reader who checks only the list will conclude the opposite.
Countries that are not named
Readers arriving with the question “does BC.GAME take my country?” will not find these in clause 4.3: Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Nigeria, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Vietnam, Thailand, Ukraine, Czechia, Poland, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal, Canada, India, Türkiye, South Korea and New Zealand.
Three things to hold onto:
- The Anjouan clause can reach any of them. Not being named is not the same as being accepted, and BC.GAME’s terms are explicit that the list is not closed.
- Not being named is not permission under your own law. Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Colombia, Peru and Argentina all license online gambling and act against unlicensed operators; India banned online money games in 2025; Türkiye criminalises play and promotion; South Korea prohibits online gambling for its residents. The clause is written for the operator’s protection, not for yours.
- KYC still applies. BC.GAME verifies identity on request and before larger withdrawals, and an account from an unlisted country can still be closed at that step. Our BC.GAME deposits and withdrawals guide covers when that happens.
For a per-country answer across every operator we track, see Nigeria, Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa, Ghana, Vietnam, Thailand, Ukraine, Czechia, Poland, or pick any country in the casino country checker.

What we do with this
We publish an honest review of BC.GAME and we have a commercial relationship with it. If your country is in the list above, no link on this site is worth anything to you and neither is the offer; we hide our buttons in those countries for that reason. If it is not, the things worth checking next are the licence — an Anjouan licence with no public register is a weaker position than a Curaçao licence you can look up — our assessment of whether BC.GAME is legitimate, and how its VIP and rakeback structure pays for the volume you actually play.
Terms change without notice. This page renders the clause as read on 1 October 2026 through the operator’s bcgame.nz mirror and links both sources above — check the live text before you deposit. Play only what you can afford to lose, where it is legal for you.
FAQ
- Is BC.GAME available in the United States or the United Kingdom?
- No. Both are named in clause 4.3 of BC.GAME's terms — the United States 'and its territories', and the United Kingdom — as places you may neither reside in nor access the site from.
- Can I use BC.GAME in Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands or Austria?
- No. All five are named in clause 4.3, with France and the Netherlands extended to their overseas territories. Of the large Western European markets, only Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium and Portugal are not named, and each of those licenses online gambling under its own law.
- Does BC.GAME accept players from China or Hong Kong?
- No. Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR are all named in clause 4.3. BC.GAME is one of two operators we track that names Hong Kong and Macau; Cloudbet is the other.
- Is BC.GAME available in Japan?
- Japan is not named in clause 4.3, but bc.game refuses connections from Japan with the message 'we do not accept players from your region' (observed 1 October 2026), so in practice it is not available there. Online casino play is also an offence for the player under Japanese law.
- Is BC.GAME available in Brazil, Mexico or Nigeria?
- None of the three is named in clause 4.3 as read on 1 October 2026. That is a statement about the operator's list only. The clause also excludes anything the Anjouan regulator 'deems prohibited', without saying what that is, and in Brazil only operators authorised under the 2023 betting law may legally offer online casino games. Check your own law before treating the omission as permission.
